D-mannose: help for a UTI!

However when you ingest Dmannose these e.coli bugs in your urine are attracted to the d'mannose leaving your bladder wall then simply become expelled in urination leaving your bladder clear from infection.

Why is D-mannose a good alternative than regular drugs?

The reason most people prefer Dmannose is this natural glyconutrient sugar doesn't kill any bacteria either good or bad but basically flushes the e.coli bug out of the body in urination. On the other hand, regular drugs tend to destroy not only the harmful bacteria but also the good ones that line the gastrointestinal tract and are essential for optimal health. This can often lead to more complications in the future as antibiotic resistant bugs.

How do I take D-mannose?

The regular dosage of D-mannose is around 1 - 7 teaspoons per day. However a lot of the dosage requirement will depend on the seriousness of the condition. Sometimes patients with severe symptoms are required to take the medicine every 2 hours in order to combat the infection optimally. Other patients take d-mannose 1 teaspoon in thee morning and 1 teaspoon at night as a maintenance dose,but every case is different.
