We are a family run business myself Jason and partner Tracey  have spent the last two years researching as much information as possible about d-mannose and the effects it has in the safe evacuation of e-coli from our urinary tract system. As a repeat sufferer of urine infections my drive for knowledge and information has been insatiable, it was never enough to have found a product that really has changed my life in so many ways I needed to understand not only how it worked but also why it took me so long to find it, and now I have I feel the overwhelming need to share this information with other urinary tract sufferers around the world Setting up a viable business is no small feat and it has consumed a lot of time, hard work, energy and resources, but the driving force has always been to provide a first class service provided by people who really do understand.

 One of the first lessons I learned along the way was the difference that a truly high grade d-mannose product can make as apposed to a synthetic alternative. We also understand the need for information, our bodies are important to us, we need to have an understanding of what we are putting into them and why. We also know the urgency that many sufferers feel when they require our product ‘yesterday’ and also understand the financial strain that using an alternative to NHS prescriptions can cause. It is these reasons that our business ethic was born.

As a long term user I understand the pressure that can be caused by doing what is right for your body as apposed to your bank balance. Do you pay for all round quality?   Yes!     Can we really change that?  Yes!    As a family run company we must be viable, but this is a concept we have thought long and hard about. Why does everything we need always have to be so expensive to maintain. We are currently one of the youngest UK competitors in the sale of d-mannose, supplying the purest product available on the market (This does affect cost) yet to our knowledge we are currently the most competitive on price .How; we simply do not feel the need for such a large profit margin. This was always a business born from the heart.  Compared to large American companies, we pay a premium for the scale of our orders.  The larger our customer base grows the more they are guaranteed to benefit from the savings we will then be able to pass on.
