Q: My order has arrived and the package / goods are damaged,/p>

A: Contact us within a 72 hour period with a photo / video, if you don’t we can’t accept returns

Q: I don’t want my items I’ve changed my mind can I return them

A: Yes that’s fine as long as we receive the goods back unused / unopened within a 14 day period, the customer pays the return shipping costs, then we will give a full refund as long as the goods are returned unopened / the security seal unbroken and in a good condition, Before returning goods contact us so we know the goods are been returned back to us and which customer they are from, meaning insert your invoice with the returned goods. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery so we can track the goods as if we don’t receive the goods back and they get lost by Royal Mail we cannot offer a refund.

Q Can I return my product once opened

Q: What happens if my order is seized by customs

A1: If your package is seized by customs and returned to D-mannose Ltd we will issue a full refund less shipping costs.

A2: If the package is seized by customs and NOT returned to us we will NOT give a refund. Most packages are held by customs and will have import duties / custom fees to pay

A3: Contact your local customs office before ordering as D-mannose Ltd cannot be responsible import duties / custom fees to pay
